Eyes cover every joint of this scale-less, limb-less dragon’s wings. A giant eye sits within its mouth.

AC 16, HP 52, ATK 1d4 eyestalk ray, MV double near (fly), S +3, D +0, C +3, I +2, W +2, Ch +3, AL C, LV 11

Anti-Magic Ray. All spells are DC 15 to cast when in view of it’s mouth-eye.

Eyestalk Ray. Each ray can shoot once per round and target one creature or an object up to 1,000 pounds (up to four on same target).

1. Lightning. DC 12 DEX or 4d8 damage (DISADV on check if wearing metal armor).
2. Fire. DC 12 DEX or 6d10 damage.
3. Poison. DC 12 CON or 3d8 damage.
4. Freeze. DC 12 STR or frozen for 1d6 rounds.
5. Steam. DC 12 DEX or 4d12 damage.
6. Smog. DC 12 CON or blinded for 1d4 rounds.
